5 ml Lime juice
80 ml Yerba Mate tea with soda
Disinfect the gravel by boiling in water and salt.
Cut the lime into very thin slices. Mix in a low and wide glass filled with ice cubes, infused rum with lime, AL Anniversary and Mamajuana. Place the glass in a bamboo box and close the lid, pour gravel on the surface of the lid and decorate with curls of salty and peppery purple carrot giving it the shape of open flowers. Serve the box with tweezers as finger food.
