20 ml Pineapple and ginger juice
50 ml Champagne
Sa ron Calamansi
Preparation: mix the ingredients in a mixing glass lled with ice cubes. Drain it into a cocktail glass and ll up with Sa ron Calamansi ice cubes , which will melt slowly, releasing the flavour of the cocktail.
