3 cl 18 year old Ron Botran
1,5 cl sugar syrup
1,5 lime juice
top off with soda with pineapple nectar and fresh home-grown basil
Put all the ingredients in a shaker and shake for 8 minutes, double strain in a steel glass with ice, top soda, decorate with hierba buena and candied ginger.
