40 ml Ron Zacapa
30 ml Floc De Gascogne
15 ml Verjus
5 ml Campari
40 ml Beer
Juice of a slice of Lime
Put all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake. Pour some of the cocktail into the top glass of the ampoule, filling it up. Pour the remainder into Le Whaf to create steam. Transfer the steam to the bottom glass of the ampoule. Put a straw in this part: the cocktail must be tasted by fi rst inhaling the steam, and then drinking the liquid.
