45 ml Pear vodka
Ginger Beer
Cucumber
2-3 Sage leaves
A slice of lemon
15 ml Sugar syrup
After fi lling the glass with ice, put the lemon, cucumber and sage in a mixing glass, add the sugar syrup and crush. Add the vodka, Amaro Lucano Anniversario and ice, and mix. Pour into a glass. Fill up with ginger beer and garnish with cucumber.
