Ingredients
1 orange
2 bar spoons of white granulated sugar
75 ml of Barolo chinato
whipped cream and Amaro Lucano

Preparation
Crush the orange in a mixing glass and add two bar spoons of white granulated sugar, pour in 75 ml of Barolo chinato, mix and filter well into a small goblet. Top with whipped cream and Amaro Lucano.
